We use delivery partners to ship our models to you worldwide
When will i receive my order !?!
The majority of our ships are built once you place your order smaller ships can take a week to build and larger ones up to 2 weeks
All other models are usually completed within 1 week
If we have a particular model pre built and can fufill your order we will send that immediately
If you are ordering for a specific date / occasion it is important that you clarify this with us by contacting customer support before ordering

Will my order arrive safely !?!
We use reinforced crates and specialized fittings to ensure the models are secure during their transport.
All packages will be insured against major damages up until they arrive at your destination and a tracking number will be issued once the carrier has collected the item .
Here are some shipping guidelines below
United Kingdom - 5-7 days
Europe : 10-12 days
USA -10-14 days
Australia 5-7 days (state / territory dependent)
Asia - 5-7 days

What happens if my order gets lost or damaged !?!
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
